E-Commerce is strongly developing today.
Our client is a familiar & well known E-commerce business in Japan. They would open a Customer Service Department in Vietnam, and looking for Vietnamese talented Customer Service Staff.
The successful candidate would handle the below RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Feedback/ Reply emails, phone conversation to clients
+ Provide Companys information/ service to clients when requested
+ Support information about the delivery of products
+ Receive feedback/ complaints from the clients and report for the further process.
[The way to feedback/ answer to the client would be trained by the Company]

- Japanese: N2 and above; candidate without certificate, but with ability to use Japanese fluently is also welcomed
- Love to do customer service
- Experience to work in Customer Service Department/ Customer Center is a strong plus
