Mô tả công việc
• Support to determines and develops marketing communication strategy and activities, in conjunction with Director and Marketing & Operations Manager.
• Develops strong community and public relations by maintaining property relation’s with local press and client’s events
• Manages the marketing budget to enable development of property specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and meet property objectives.
• Work with Event Team to manage entertainment weekly/monthly/yearly events and seasonal events/ promotions.
• Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the SOHY’s’ sales objectives.
• Review content, poster on social networking accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) before posting.
• Develops sales goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy.
• Control and develop customer database.
• Developing, building, and managing a client base of corporate accounts
• Overseeing the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up
• Prospecting new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
• Analyzing sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
• Generating monthly budgets and sales forecasts
• Participating in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Prefer to have over 2 years of experience as the same position
• Proven experience in setting up and implementing sales strategy and plan
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Fluent in all commonly used office software
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
