Mô tả công việc
- Check and approve all incoming payments (including domestic and overseas).
- Check confirmation letter issued to customer at required.
- Manage control books and day end reconciliation for daily operation.
- Check AML report before submission to SBV.
- Confirm with customer for fax transactions via record-telephone
- Implement the Procedure manual, internal rules, memorandums, Bank rules and local regulations and any other instruction from Team Leader, Dept Head and Management.
- Timely escalation to Team Leader/ Dept Head any abnormal issues related to banking business during the day
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in related job
- Strong knowledge of local regulation related to remittance section
- Leadership skill
- Train/coach skill
- Good English and computer skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Being accountable, proactive, self-motivated, trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure
- At least 3- 5 years working experience in Remittance section.
