Mô tả công việc
• Plan, organize & control sales activities in the assigned market to achieve sales targets;
• Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned area.
• Consult/support Line Manager about market initiatives, channel management, micro market business plan (provincial analysis).
• Keep up close relationship with construction companies, contractors and retailers;
• Coordinate with other functional teams (Technical Support, Marketing, Marketing Intelligence) to handle customer’s inquiries, implement trade promotions & organize marketing events.
• Do MCP (Market Coverage Plan) as required to fulfil market visits frequency
Yêu cầu công việc
• University or College degree; At least 2 years in sales experienced
• Sales experience related to building materials is an advantage;
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills; Customer focus and good problem solving skills; Proactive, goal-oriented and high team work-spirited;
• Familiar with MS Office application; English intermediate;
• Willing to travel and familiar with field work;
• Willing to rotate to another market within one or 2 years
