* Responsibility to make recruitment plan and manage of the whole recruitment processes
* Weekly update recruitment status to Vice Director and line Managers
Training & Development:
* Responsibility to analysis the training & development program of organization
* In charge of training programs and coordinate with external training organizations, schools
Compensation & Benefit
* Create salary structures and C&B schemes for employee
* Manage and update internal regulations in accordance with organization requirements and local law
* Ensure adherence to companys guideline on salary review and promotions
* Ensure staffs compliance to company regulations, labor laws and coordinate with relevant authorities
* Organize staffs yearly event: traveling, meeting, party…
* Address day-to-day staff related issues
* Advising BOD about administration jobs in company for limit the cost.
* Checking and following jobs of all staffs doing jobs about canteen/ following the meals for employees
* Following security team and all concerning security issues of company to make sure company in safe about human and property.
* Good relationship with relevant government departments to follow up all reports in accordance with local law
* Preventive action to improve HSE System:

- At least 1 years of experience in HR Supervisory roles in manufacturing companies.
- Experience in working with local authorities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in all tasks of HR, including recruitment, training, C&B, GA, etc.
- Good command of English
