- Process and oversee AR/AP, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, taxes
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Understand current and proposed legislation; enforce accounting regulations and recommend new procedures
- Set up all the accounting procedures and guidelines within company
- Review all the purchase orders and vendors/ suppliers invoices before payment process
- Checking all the accounting entries and accounting books (General journal, ledger account, asset register ...
- Prepare Payroll, Social Insurance
- Prepare monthly financial statement ( Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cost of Good solds and Balance sheet) and tax reports generated from Accounting software and yearly finalization report ( VAT, PIT, CIT).
- Prepare Accounting Report to Director and Tax authorities.
- Ensure all the new regulations on taxation, foreign investment, Labor laws to be updated and complied.
- Reporting directly to Head quarter in Korea and HCM weekly, monthly
- Update new regulation on Taxation, Labor Law, Foreign investment frequently

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Chief Accountant Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience including 2 years as Chief Accountant, in Logistics company is an advantage
- Have experience in doing costing, internal system, and financial reports
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Accounting Software, expecially MISA software is an advantage;
- Have a good knowledge about Tax Law, Accounting Law and other Laws according to jobs requirements;
- Ability to work independently
