1. Conduct training courses (regulation, policies, customer service standards...) for AEONMALL VN staff and Tenant staff to ensure that AEONMALL service is delivered to customer properly.
2. Identify training needs, develop training materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses.
3. Daily patrol to check tenant staffs working manner.
4. Corporate with Training Team of other Malls for preparing unified training documents, master plan...
5. Follow with other teams to answer customer comment within timeline.
6. Prepare monthly report of training participation, customer comment reports and provide recommend for improvement.
7. Other tasks as assigned.

5. Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
6. Full-Time position(s) available.
7. Willing to work in shift C 1:30pm - 10:30pm and shift A 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-2 C shift/ week, 80.000 VND allowance each C shift)
