• To cooperate with all team members to achieve all objectives and goals that are given to team
• To work closely with other Functions in Organization and build up a consistent organizational network.
• Assist BDM to make the report about the business
• To assist whole team in admin activities
• To support marketing plan execution for CL function
• To train new team members about sales systems (if any)
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA)
BD assistant activities
• Take care adhoc/small customers
• Cooperate with whole team members to carry out CL sales activities and marketing campaigns
• Be a bridge between BD team and other functional department to make the business goes smoothly
• Adapt procedures to meet the goal of the sales team.
• On behalf of CL sales team to negotiate internally or coordinate functionally
• Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, advertising, pricing with full responsibility.
• Coordinate and assists in other tasks as needed and works with other departments to resolve issues either directly or indirectly relating to Trucking Vendors / Agents / Shipping Line … to ensure for satisfied service to Company’s customers
• Regularly reviews and report the business result weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually or urgently if necessary
• Repair and review agreements for Customers
• Give good support to another team members to win the best result for team
• Improve the professional, helpful, proactive and responsibility working manner
• Make Sales admin/ support to whole team
• Coordinate marketing campaign activities: manage all give – away gifts and make marketing campaign report in time
• Train new team members CJ sales systems if any
• Others task as works required.
Achieve the long term sales objectives and KPIs
• Perform KPIs to achieve goal achievement
• Implement marketing campaigns and sales promotions as the marketing plan designed
• Keep professional image and professional sales actions to expand CJ brand name in the market
• Result oriented
Build-up good relationship with existing & potential Customers internally and externally
• Sales calls made to targeted customers as required.
• Catch up the trend of customers’ requirements to have efficient methods for approaching.
• Follow up the standard of customer’s service guideline for Sale Functions.
• Implement customer service procedures to ensure customers satisfaction
• Give the profitability pricing to attain targets and increase revenues/profitability
• Communications professionals to make sure that all sales works are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain consistent & efficient organizational network.
• Liaise with functional departments to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs.
• Closely co-operate with functional departments for smoothly operating.

• At least 5 years practical working experiences in sales field of Warehouseing & Trucking.
• Strong communication skills (English)
• Computer skills, word processing and spread-sheet programs, master in excel and Power point
• Report and correspondent writing
• Knowledge of logistics/ customs/ warehousing / Cold Chain / trucking … supply chain legislation and application
• Communication skill
• Analysis and problem solving
• Business to business selling and negotiation skills

• Proficient use of in both verbal and written Vietnamese
• Fluent use of written and spoken English, Korean is an advance
