Provide strong back-end sales support and administration to the business;
Provide administration, documentation, correspondences, emails and related sales support tasks;
Support sales promotion and marketing initiatives;
Maintain proper sales records, contracts, data, report for department and management review and analysis, planning and arranging events, travel itineraries and communicating with senior management globally in planning workshops and conference across the region;

Be excellent at customer care and administration experience
Have ability to think creatively and challenge constructively
Energetic and proactive, detail oriented, fast learner and able to work independently.
Confident in communication and skillful in dealing with people and situations.
Proficiency both in English is a must.
