** ABOUT THE EMPLOYER: A global leader in polyurethanes industry who is serving over 3,000 customers in more than 90 countries in the world is expanding their business and looking for sales talent to join their local team.
** ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Sales Executive role is expected to generate revenue and profit in Vietnam developing
business and sales with big customers and key niche technology platforms that fit our
strategic objectives of profitable growth…in particular Auto, Flex, A&C markets for
Polyurethanes in Vietnam
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gaining an understanding of the other markets into which are potential for the company to sell the products and liaising with our Market Development and Technical resources to formulate plans and actions to sell into the Vietnam market
- Collaborate with other cross functions to ensure that administrative aspects such as order processing, customs clearance, delivery, receivables and other aspects are properly handled in accordance with policy
- Keep company informed of market developments and also competitive intelligence when applicable
- Maintain and grow sales and profitability in the Vietnam market for all business.
- Identify and satisfy customers’ needs and provide value-added solutions to gain and maintain business
- Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of existing and potential customers.
- Provide technical service, including trouble-shooting and application training on-site to customers.
- Provide accurate forecast of customer demand on different products on a timely basis.
- Collect all payments when due; Help financial dept. to control credits to customers so that no bad debts occur.
- Work with machine/applicator/raw material suppliers to identify new opportunities and capture them.
- Ensure that all work undertaken is carried out in full compliance with the company’s EH&S procedures and policies and strive for continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Develop potential agent and distributor.
- Collect & report the update marketing information such as market trends, price and competition to supervisor.
- Others as assigned
**WORK LOCATION: Dong Nai

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
• High level of understanding of the Vietnam polyurethanes market,
• Experience in the specialty chemical sector would be advantageous.
• Experience at business development and selling in Vietnam…especially Auto, Flex, A&C market.
• Technical or engineering background/education highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate & writing effectively in English and Vietnamese
• Must be self-starting and be able to work effectively with little supervision
• Ability to liaise at multiple levels within a matrix structure
