- Root Cause analysis and Problem Solving
- Customer interface, if any, ensure customer quality requirement
- Training: QA knowledge/RCA/FMEA.
- Ensure DHL QMS/regulatory/Standard compliance
- Manage International standard ISO,GMP if any
- QPA and Internal Audit
- Support for Golive
- Sharing best practice
- Span of Control
- Support site QA/QR within region
- Assist Country QRA in country agenda implementation
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in quality tools & root cause analysis
- Has the ability coaching and negotiation skills
- Good communication
- Can do teamwork and work independently
- Has the ability to write, listen, read and speak English
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Active, Enthusiasm, and carefulness
- Having experience in QA field at least 02 or 03 years
- Understanding HACCP; ISO 14001; ISO 18000; ISO 22301, experience in food- beverage field, cosmetic, pharmacy…are advantages.
