Manage all new and existing clients to generate business; negotiate contracts; estimate profit/loss, conduct bidding of assigned projects
Search for projects that are in the design phase or pre-construction to ensure the achievement of the agreed project rate and sales volume of all Saint-Gobain products and provide services/ systems/ solutions to the targeted clients
Identify client business drivers; develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible
Propose, develop, ensure the effective project implementation and carry out customer evaluation
Prepare and submit all related docs for the project requirements
Responsible for project sales database update and on time submission of monthly market report/ project sales analysis/ forecast
Fully understand market situation and sales performance and plan the corrective actions
Yêu cầu công việc
-Ability to read construction/design drawings
-Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
-Ability to travel for work and efficiently under pressure condition
-English skill is a plus (optional)
