Programmer

• Preparation of baseline construction programme, to be used as a basis of project controls, including all construction and site activities
• Develop programme reporting tools
• Tracking of baseline programme against actual progress and alert slippages
• Incorporate programme from contractors and client and sense-check for programming logic
• Provide monthly, weekly and daily look ahead of anticipated work progress, actual completion of work activities and delayed activities
• Conduct weekly site progress checks, liaising with project stakeholders, and accordingly prepare updated construction programmes and associated programme reports;
• Assist with the preparation of recovery programmes and provide solutions to mitigate at-risk activities to ensure timely completion.

. Technical/Professional Diploma in the field of engineering or construction related studies recognized by the local country.
. Well versed in the use of latest Primavera
. Well versed in construction/technical and programme knowledge (including identifying and applying logic sequencing of work/site activities) within construction industry. Proficient in written and spoken English language
. Min. 5 years in similar capacity
