Assisting the Principal in day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining of records, staff contracts, database, all regulations and government documents etc...
Setting up and maintaining office filing systems
Handling telephone calls, appointments
Welcoming visitors to the Principal’s office
Assisting the Principal in the preparation of letters and documents
Responsible for translating and interpreting tasks
Assisting Principal in recruitment tasks, interview, contract renewal, staff performance etc..
Distributing Principal’s memos to the relevant departments
Keeping records of program administration, requirements, correspondence and up-to-date lists.
Arranging meetings’ ticket and accommodation booking for Principal.
Coordinating the works of other functional departments; organising periodic meetings for staff
Assigning tasks to other admin clerks in Administration Office
Training new admin staff members
Any other duties and projects that may be required by the Principal and General Director

Demonstrated skills in assisting management in organisations and administration
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience of working under high pressure, community and team work environments
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business correspondence needs
