* Be responsible for all operations activities to manage the incentive/ commission/ programs with sales agent in partnerships channel
* Co-operate with other departments (Product, Policies, Sales & Distribution...) to deliver the best performance on strategic planning
* Build up & maintain the effective system for partnership marketing or manage agent data for partnerships channel
* Manage the effective budgets which are spent for Partnerships channel
* Standardize and ensure high-quality service on branches image for nationwide
* Work closely with all internal Marketing teams to deliver and manage marketing campaign/ event via branch channel effectively (POSM, Event, E-Standee...)
* Manage and coordinate with partner to perform the branch audit project which assigned to customer experienced team
* Other project to make difference on customer service & experiences
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Banks with large scale at least 5 years or more prioritizing retail segment
- Experience in Marketing with priority in brand management, marketing business – at least 7 years in Marketing field
- Fluent English (4 skills)
- Professional skills to build brand positioning and management, marketing skills, analytical skills and strategic planning
