- Aligning Grocery strategy and company strategy to subordinates
- Strategic planning with Vendors and lead GRO team to negotiate trading term, promotion/activities planning to optimize benefit for category and ensure sales performance
- Conducting market survey and customer insights studies to develop category priorities and planning
- Monitoring category performance in terms of sales, front profit, other income, assortment in line with budget
- Control Cost and Retail Price of Grocery to ensure competitive price and reach profit target.
- Planning and coordinating with Finance & Accounting Department to control other income in line with budget
- Together with line manager to prevent the corruption and create the healthy environment in team work spirit.
- Coaching, instructing subordinates ready to be next successor
- Decision maker for vendors sourcing and vendors selecting for trade products relating to GRO, Product development (Specification, pricing, profit), Product promotion (followed Marketing calendar), stores allocation (followed stores layout and cluster)
