• System configuration: Update the change of system parameters demand business changes;
• Manage integration between eBanking/ Digital Banking systems and other systems;
• Corporate with vendor for development (get requirement, test, fix the complex errors);
• Manage system status, system performance;
• Recover system in disaster cases, update patches;
• Clone Production environment for Test, and Training environments;
• Provide technical advice, support to the Support Teams and customer;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements;
• Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical teams as required;
• Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application;
• Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions;
• Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in Application related duties;
• Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures;
• Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank;
• Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project Management (in project scope).

• Experience in the Banking systems, Banking business, Payment Gateway, Service Gateway, Core Banking, Authentication Systems like RSA,OTP;
• Experience in installation, configuration, deployment, administration the applications and systems like Oracle, MySQL,Web Server;
• Experience in operation, administration with Linux, UNIX Systems, AIX;
• Experience in SQL, MySQL, database skills, JAVA, JSP, installation, configuration, deployment, administration IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat;
• Experience in deployment, configuration with webservice;
• Knowledge about DB2, DBLink, Jobschedule, Oracle gateway, Crontab Schedule.
• Knowledge about Message VCBMoney, Core Message, SIBS Message.
• Knowledge about tools create schedule, make plan.
• Knowledge about System Monitor tool use SMS & Email & Weblink.
• Knowledge about test Soap UI
• Knowledge about Programming JAVA, J2EE, JSP, HTML, PHP, Shell
• Knowledge about ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001.
• Good writer report, good presentation solution, good tranning guide use and follow rules good.
