- Check Inventory movement transaction and reports
- Organise the physical count for inventory monthly
- Suggest any improvement for controlling inventory
- Work with production team to control the use of material, electricity, depreciation, direct labor cost, indirect labor cost, tool & spare part cost, and other factory overhead cost.
- Do the variance allocation between the actual and standard cost.
- Calculate standard cost for all finished goods, semi-finished goods.
- Calculate the actual production cost for finished goods, semi-finished goods.
- Analysis monthly Gross Profit for each product, product group for each customer.
- Analyse the cost of production by material, direct labor cost, electricity, depreciation, and other FOH for each product, product group, business unit.
- Calculate and update standard cost rate in the system at the interval or when there is a special change.
- Suggest the way to control and reduce the cost of production.
- Support in Budgeting process and compare the actual with budget figure.
- Other costing reports
- Perform other duties as required by GM finance & compliance and CA
Create and check PO
- Create and check PO factory and Marketing
- Create PO for promotion scheme

- Can work well under high pressure and have good communication skills
- Graduated from university’s degree in finance, accounting or audit field
- Min 1- 2-year working experience at same position
- Working experience in issuing invoices is advantage
- Good administrative, organizational and process skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
