**Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant oversees and maintains a quality work environment in all of the table work stations; performs all duties in accordance with Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s policies and Mission Statement. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc’s property. **Responsibilities: • Responsible for administrative within the department and interfacing with all appropriate departments. • Responsible all documents including letter, email, fax. Gather reference materials and assist in preparation of supportive documents. • Answer and screen incoming telephone calls and arrange conference calls. • Coordinates manager’s schedule and sets appointments. • Arranges and coordinates shift including time shift, meals & transport for department • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepare agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. • Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials. • Order all office supplies. • Maintain a comprehensive calendar file to insure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis. • Makes copies of correspondence or other printed material. • Prepare proposal and contract letters. • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position and adhere to departmental and company policies. • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. • Oversee facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order. • Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • Assist Department Head in travel planning, air ticket. • Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization. • Handle general enquiries and upon requests of Department Head.

**Qualifications: • Working location base in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang. • Bachelor degree is required or equivalent. • More 2 years in an administrative and coordination role in an office environment. • Must have the proven manner when working with top confidential information. • Must be able to write legibly, complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extended periods of time. • Fluent in spoken and written English, Vietnamese. Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written. • Excellent organization skills for filing, taking notes, travel planning, expense report management, processing invoice payments, meeting scheduling, et cetera. • Strong capability in Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Microsoft Excel (ability to do intermediate level spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint (ability to compose and edit presentations) and Outlook. • Must present a well-groomed appearance. • Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business. • Excellent administration skills. Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
