- Implementation of social insurance procedures for employees. ( TS24 software)
- Filter profiles of candidates. Implementation of recruitment procedures and admission of new employees.
- Updating, managing records, making labour contracts for employees.
- Timekeeping, payroll for employees, bonus for sales department
- Monitoring the implementation of company rules of employees.
- Making reports related to human resources as required (making company legal documents)
- Advice the superior on personnel policies, develop human resources.
- Organize and perform logistics work for internal meetings.
- Track dispatch, dispatch and follow up courier.
- Keeping company documents.
- Other task as Manager request.
