- Follow up sales and sample orders, monitor orders in progress, shipments, payments and receivables.
- Coordinate between customers and other teams within the company.
- Manage all the shipments of stocks/ documents
- Contact with accounting team for issues related to invoicing, payment, bill of exchange, commission for agents.
- Properly deal with problems.
- Perform office works.
- Receives bookings and coordinate with in house team
- Proper welcome to guests
Yêu cầu công việc
- Competent to Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT, Access), Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer.
- Fluent in English is preferable
- New entry or 1-2 year experience or above
- Honest, teamwork, open-minded, willing to learn, high responsible and enthusiastic.
- Flexible, self-motivated and well-organized.
- Interested in beauty/ spa industry
* Preferable to female candidates
