Mô tả công việc
- Manage Admin team & purchasing team including: purchasing staffs, receptionists, admin staffs, drivers, cleaners….
- Control admin expenses, admin budget.
- Manage office property/ equipment.
- Manage company cars, rental cars, taxi cards, stationary, …
- Make sure all admin services are provided timely and efficiently.
- In charge of handling visa, residence card, work permit, accommodation…. for expats.
- In charge of companys activity such as: birthday party, yearend party, company trip, ….
- Prepare admin policies and procedures.
- Always ensure the cleanliness of all areas in company how to maintain the nice, light, and green working place.
- Coordinate with other teams (HSE, Compliance, HR…) to organize corporate affairs and make sure everything operates smooth.
- Control and follow canteen service: quality & quantity of food; equipment and hygiene status of canteen, …
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in Admin manager role.
- Good at English (verbal & writing)
- High sense of responsibility, high understanding and confidentiality.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong Management and leadership skill.
- Team building skills.
- Ability & willingness to learn, can-do attitude
- Good organizing and planning skills.
- High understanding and performance.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
