- Welcome guests/ clients/ visitors, distribute correspondence and ensure the professional communications.
- Manage in-coming and out-going telephone-calls.
- Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office/ department/ employee.
- Perform administrative activities such as arranging meeting rooms, composing documents, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.
- Supervise tea lady to ensure the office is in well-organized.
- Handle visa for visitors.
- Book air tickets and hotels.
- Arrange schedule for visitors/leaders/ Managing Director.
- Organize company events (birthday party, team building, etc.)
- Assist Human Resources tasks when required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- College or University Degree.
- At least 1 year experience.
- Good at English communication & organizing skill.
- Expected attributes: friendly, supportive, customer-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic, fast responding, careful and detailed on work.
- Be able to work out of the standard time when assigned sometimes.
