ASEV Travel Group - based in HCMC - is looking for an Accounting Assistant:
He/ She will report to the Accounting Manager.
He/ She will be responsible for the timely completion of the accounts, which encompasses all data entries into the company software, while checking the integrity of the supporting documents.
He/ She will also be responsible for preparing and issuing the related Weekly & Monthly reports as well as customers’ invoices and preparing suppliers payments.
Yêu cầu công việc
With 2 years of experience; ideally within an international environment and used to work in English.
He/ She must be familiar with intra-group transactions and checking.
He/ She must have a good command of Microsoft Office tools.
He/ She must be willing to join a start-up company, a young team for whom flexibility and dedication are amongst ASEV Group values.
*PLACE & WORKING HOURS:
8 Street 66. Ward Thao Dien. District 2. HCM City. Vietnam
From Monday to Friday and from 08.30am to 05.30pm
Saturday from 09.00amd to noon
